Final Blog

Hello Bloggers! I hope you are well and your week goes well, this time I have to make the final post :( Yes, I know it happened fast the time not? And we're at the end. My experience in the blogs began last semester when I was in English 3, so it was not something new for me, however this time I enjoyed it a lot as there were many issues that we had to write that I liked, especially the free subjects because I could express something that I liked and show to others, as when I spoke of my favorite series, or the authors I liked to read. But the one I enjoyed most was the one who had to talk about a friend, it was like digging into my past and showing them a part of me, I also had a lot of fun choosing the pictures, I like to put the right photos at each entrance. The one I didn't like, well not that I did not like, is that I was difficult to know that talking was the 'Special meal', there were so many to talk about that I did not decide which and it took me to write it, I did not enjoy it much because it was something rather fast.

The one that I was hard to write was the last, the city that we would like to visit, are many that I want to go! I wanted to put them all, but I knew I should choose one, and Tokyo is one that today I would like to visit that's why I decided on it, but writing about it also proved difficult, I realized that there is so much information about it and can be somewhat confusing, in the end I could do the post but it was one of the difficult.

The blog of my companions that I liked the most was Jose Miguel, has a peculiar way with which he writes that I enjoy reading, his post are very original, and I sivió to know it better :) Well, that's all I hope you enjoyed this experience just like me!

Tokyo

The city I would like to visit is Tokyo, I have always liked the culture around this country, its traditions are very particular. Despite being a long trip I think it's worth it, its architectural style is also very beautiful, from its more traditional buildings like the temples, to its totally modern edifices, demonstrating the technological advancement they possess. As for its culture I would like to see the Tokyo Tower, the Tokyo National Museum, which is the oldest and largest museum in Japan, houses an extensive collection of archaeological and artistic valuables from various eras from Japan and other Asian countries, go to the neighborhood of Harajuku, famous for being the Tokyo Fashion District, and it is also the meeting place for the most geeky and picturesque characters in Tokyo.

The time of year in which I would like to travel would be in spring, because at this time of year is where you can see the cherry blossoms, in Japan have a special event to admire this phenomenon, is called Ohanami , "Feast to admire the cherry blossoms", and takes place in spring when people enjoy Sakura in full bloom. In Tokyo you can see particularly in the Koganei Park, located in the center of the city.

But a must-see panorama would be the Ghibli Museum Museum, located in the Parque Inokashira de Mitaka, is a museum dedicated to the works of anime made by the Studio Ghibli which are my favorites. The museum tries to take the visitor to one of its animated stories, its spaces are designed in such a way to make you feel part of the films, as are the layout of stained glass windows that come out of Totoro and his friends, small doors that can only be Crossed by children, curved walls that create a unique atmosphere, elevators of other times, stairs that seem to have no end, all of it, as they indicate from the museum itself, It makes the visitor move to a dream world as the main character of the story.

Special Meal

Here I am again with a new post on the blog, as I always hope you are well. So, today will be about a Special MealIf I have to think about some family food I have had, I wouldn't know which one to choose, as a family we like to go out for lunch for special dates, in restaurants with exotic foods to get out a bit of the routine.
But the food I'm going to talk about was on a day we traveled to the beach with some friends, my parents and my puppy Valentine, we went for the day so that Valentine knew the beach. We got to that 1pm, we started to tour the place and we were late. We were going to eat in a restaurant but as we went with my dog none accepted us, besides as it is puppy is a little crazy, and does not stand still in a place for a long time.
So, in order not to complicate we decided to go for some empanadas, is there nothing richer than the empanadas on the beach? We bought to carry in a small shop, I remember I ordered Neapolitan empanada, my favorite, and took them to the beach. There we sat in the sand to eat. It wasn't really the big deal, but the people, the place, the breads was all. I don't think I need a good place to spend a good meal, I don't know what you think.
Well that's all for today, I hope you have a good week!

A Friend

The person I'm going to talk to was a friend of mine from 2011 about, she called Macarena, we met because she was my sister's partner in high school, I was a year later, they had a group of friends who were the Danae , Macarena and my sister Valentina. With my sister we are very close, so when she was meeting her friends I also accompanied them, we had the same tastes so in the end they ended up being my friends too.

At the end of high school in 2013, we continue to contact until today, and we are great friends, usually we get together once or twice a month, by the university do not have much time to see us, and we will eat, we have gone to concerts together , to shows, to the beach, we cook, what we like to do is go to a park and enjoy the day, usually we go to the park of the sculptures, because it was a place that was close to our lyceum and already it became custom to go.

We have gone through so many things that is already part of my family, and despite all the differences we can have we always talk about things and solve everything. This summer we will go to Lima together and I can not wait to leave and travel, is something we have wanted to do for a long time and finally we can achieve it.

Well, now some pictures of us over the years.

Stranger Things

Hello everyone! I hope you're all right. Today I'll tell you about one of my favorite series Stranger Things. Stranger Things is an American science fiction-horror web television series created. The first season, released in July 2016, set in the fictional town of Hawkins Indiana in the 1980s, the first season focuses on the investigation into the disappearance of a young boy amid supernatural events occurring around the town including the appearance of a girl with psychokinetic abilities who helps the missing boy's friends in their own search. The second season, titled Stranger Things 2, is set a year after the first, and deals with attempts of the characters to return to normal and consequences from that season.

This series I saw for the first time in February this year, for the summer holidays, and I had to wait all year to see the second season which premiered a week ago! I was very excited when the day finally came and I loved it, now I will have to wait another year for it to premiere the third season jaja :(

What I like most is its style of the years 80 its environment is very original, as well as the references cinema, literary or cultural, its plot of mystery, the soundtrack, the whole truth is amazing. So if you haven't seen them yet, I highly recommend it.

A Chilean Landmark

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good week, I for my part I'm a little tired but is coming the long weekend and that makes me happy. Today's post talks about a landmark I like and visited in Chile. There are many places in Chile which I would like to talk about, but if I had to choose one of them would be the Elqui Valley in the IV region, I went two years ago, for a summer vacation I traveled with my parents and my sisters, those holidays traveled north to Chañaral, we stayed in Playa Loreto one week, and then returned to Coquimbo and stayed another week. One day we were there, we went to the famous Valle del Elqui, toured first Vicuña, a very tourist town because there lived one of the most important poets of Chile Gabriela Mistral, we were in the village, we went to his house that is also a cultural center Where his works are exposed.

Then we follow our journey to a village called Pisco Elqui, as the name says is a pisco-producing people, it was a magical place, very beautiful, surrounded by history and a natural beauty. There we spent the afternoon walking its streets, seeing its handicrafts, its gastronomy.

Until it was well done late and decided to go down to Vicuña, where we bought a night tour to a observatory called Mamalluca, at about 00 hours we went up to the observatory, it was one of the best experiences I've had since seeing all the stars, in the middle of the desert is something I appreciate to have seen, I would definitely go back to this place because I still missed a lot to go, but with everything I could enjoy it left me very happy.

Free Post

Hello bloggers! How's your week? I've had a hard week, but the weekend is coming and then I can rest. So, today I will talk about something that I feel passionate about.

Well, if I get to think of something I'm passionate about, I think it's reading. Reading for me is a habit I have since I was a child. I always liked reading a good book, a novel, even a magazine. Anything is enough to have a good time. But mostly I enjoy reading on the beach, when I go on vacation, there's nothing better than being in the sand reading.

I have many favorite books, but if I had to choose three, they'd be Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde and something more national, Inés of My Soul by Isabel Allende. These books could read them over and over again.

Now, studying architecture, I have had the opportunity to read many classical authors of architecture, and I like to be able to study the architecture from the books, as it is a tool that helps us to understand how it has been evolving over time. The authors I liked most are Henri Lefebvre, Robert Venturi, Jan Gehl. All linked more by the urbanist side, which is the theme that I like most in architecture.

Currently I’m not reading any book, but I have fed up I want to start reading soon. So, What is your favorite books? Or what is your favorite author?
