A Chilean Landmark

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good week, I for my part I'm a little tired but is coming the long weekend and that makes me happy. Today's post talks about a landmark I like and visited in Chile. There are many places in Chile which I would like to talk about, but if I had to choose one of them would be the Elqui Valley in the IV region, I went two years ago, for a summer vacation I traveled with my parents and my sisters, those holidays traveled north to Chañaral, we stayed in Playa Loreto one week, and then returned to Coquimbo and stayed another week. One day we were there, we went to the famous Valle del Elqui, toured first Vicuña, a very tourist town because there lived one of the most important poets of Chile Gabriela Mistral, we were in the village, we went to his house that is also a cultural center Where his works are exposed.

Then we follow our journey to a village called Pisco Elqui, as the name says is a pisco-producing people, it was a magical place, very beautiful, surrounded by history and a natural beauty. There we spent the afternoon walking its streets, seeing its handicrafts, its gastronomy.

Until it was well done late and decided to go down to Vicuña, where we bought a night tour to a observatory called Mamalluca, at about 00 hours we went up to the observatory, it was one of the best experiences I've had since seeing all the stars, in the middle of the desert is something I appreciate to have seen, I would definitely go back to this place because I still missed a lot to go, but with everything I could enjoy it left me very happy.
